The family meal includes gruyere cheese fondue, cream of mushroom soup, frisée salad with bacon, house-made ricotta, quail eggs and Dijon dressing, and a choice of pork with mashed potatoes, short ribs with gnocchi, or whole roasted branzino with wild rice and Buche de Noel for dessert. Trust a smokehouse to really treat your meats right, and lucky us, Urban Roots is packing it up for smaller parties at home! This year, its Christmas Takeout shop is featuring a Certified Angus Beef Smoked Brontosaurus Beef Rib family meal, served with Charred Broccolini and Gruyere with Parmesan Potatoes au Gratin. There will also be a full selection of whole smoked meats and all of your favorite sides like candied yams, collard greens, mac n’ cheese, rustic slaw, burnt end beans and potato salad.
